By accepting a quotation, paying a deposit, booking a repair, allowing repair work to commence, or paying an invoice, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions and the PRO Auto Repairs Warranty Policy.

Acceptance of Terms
Mobile Cosmetic Repair Standard
Repairs are assessed against the standards of a professional mobile cosmetic repair service and not against full panel replacement, vehicle restoration, factory production finishes or complete body shop repainting.
Repair Outcome Standard
Repair quality is assessed based on what is reasonably achievable having regard to the vehicle condition, damage severity, repair method and recognised industry standards applicable to cosmetic mobile vehicle repairs. A repair is not defective merely because it does not achieve a factory-new or restoration standard.
Industry Standard
Repair quality shall be assessed against recognised industry standards applicable to cosmetic mobile vehicle repairs and not against perfection, restoration standards or unrealistic expectations of complete invisibility in all circumstances.
Additional Damage
PRO Auto Repairs may revise repair recommendations, scope or pricing where hidden damage, previous repairs or additional defects become evident.
Customer Inspection & Acceptance
Payment, electronic sign-off, vehicle collection or continued use of the vehicle constitutes acceptance of the repair outcome, subject to Australian Consumer Law.
Opportunity to Inspect & Rectify
Customers must provide PRO Auto Repairs with a reasonable opportunity to inspect and rectify any accepted workmanship concern before arranging alternative repairs.
Third-Party Assessments & Repairs
PRO Auto Repairs is not responsible for third-party inspections, reports, repair costs, transport costs, accommodation costs, hire vehicle costs, loss of income or similar expenses unless approved in writing before the expense is incurred.
Insurance & External Claims
Customers agree to notify PRO Auto Repairs of alleged workmanship concerns and provide a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle before pursuing insurance, reimbursement or recovery actions.
Vehicle Condition Records
Photographs, videos and documentation collected by PRO Auto Repairs may be relied upon as evidence of vehicle condition, existing damage and repair completion condition.
Loss of Income & Consequential Loss
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRO Auto Repairs shall not be liable for loss of income, business interruption, operational downtime, loss of profits or consequential loss.
Vehicle Value
PRO Auto Repairs shall not be liable for any alleged reduction in vehicle value, trade-in value, resale value or market value.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the quotation and Warranty Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions, representations and understandings.
Variation of Terms
No variation of these Terms & Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by an authorised representative of PRO Auto Repairs.
No Reliance
The customer acknowledges they have not relied upon any representation or promise other than those expressly contained within the quotation, Warranty Policy or these Terms & Conditions.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
